The secret Minoan ritual cave

The entrance to the stalactite cave, which was once a ritual cave for the Minoans, is well sheltered above a rock face behind a carob tree that is thousands of years old. It takes some effort to scramble through the rather deep hole into the mountain for the first time. However, the reward behind the black entrance takes your breath away. And the feeling of losing all reference to space and time opens up possibilities for special inner work. With my friend Sabine, a potter and art therapist, we sculpted ladles out of clay in the cave. Out of the cave, I was moved to a dance of gratitude, an unforgettable feeling.
